011-Camp�s plans, policies & procedures implemented
The youth camp director shall be responsible for the implementation of the youth camp�s plans, policies and procedures developed by the licensee. The licensee shall be responsible for developing all plans, policies and procedures required by the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.
012-Staff trained on camp�s policies & procedures
Prior to assuming responsibility for campers, staff shall be trained, at a minimum, on the camp�s policies and procedures pertaining to behavioral management, and supervision, emergency health and safety procedures and recognizing, preventing and reporting child abuse and neglect.
