Indoor or outdoor space not inspected or approved by the Office at the same address as the facility shall not be used for field trips unless the program takes reasonable efforts to ensure the health and safety of all children using such space. Written permission from the parent(s) of children having access to such space shall be obtained and kept on file for Office review and such parent(s) shall be advised such space is not inspected or approved by the Office.
