21-Qualifications of Staff- Emergency caregiver
Each provider shall identify to the Office of Early Childhood at least one emergency caregiver who shall be available and on call during customary business hours to provide child care only for unscheduled, unforeseen emergencies. The emergency caregiver shall be a responsible person who is twenty (20) years of age or older and known to the provider. The emergency caregiver shall be able to arrive at the facility within ten (10) minutes of being summoned by the provider.
