022 -Records - Staff records

Records of staff shall be kept on file at camp and shall include the personal data concerning each member of the staff kept in any reasonable form the camp director may choose. Records shall include a physical examination or health status certification by a physician, an advanced practice registered nurse or registered nurse or a physician assistant dated within thirty-six months prior to the date of arrival at camp. Records of staff shall be kept on file at camp and shall include a complete immunization history.
